Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate Frameback. When you create an account, we receive basic profile information such as your email address and display name for authentication and account management.

The Service stores project data you upload or create, including videos, comments, reactions, and related metadata needed to provide review and collaboration features.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device information, and basic usage or error data. This helps us monitor performance, improve stability, and prevent misuse.

If you subscribe to Frameback Pro, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card details. We receive only the subscription and billing information required to manage access.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate and maintain Frameback, manage accounts, store projects, and deliver core product features. Technical data is used to improve performance, fix issues, and protect the Service from misuse.

We may send service-related communications such as important product or account updates. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

Frameback uses trusted third-party services for authentication, database hosting, file storage, payments, analytics, and optional AI features such as voice transcription or comment categorization. Data is shared only as needed to provide the Service and is handled according to each provider's privacy policy.

Data storage and international transfers

User data is stored using Supabase and related infrastructure, which may be hosted outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Data retention and deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to operate Frameback. Data is kept while your account or projects are active and is deleted within a reasonable period after an account deletion request, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing records.

Children's privacy
