Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Frameback website and related services (the "Service"), operated by Quentin Flechaire ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

About Frameback

Frameback is a web service that lets you upload videos, share review links, collect timestamped feedback, and collaborate on revisions. The Service offers both free features and optional paid subscriptions. We may update or change features over time.

Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree not to share access to your account or create multiple accounts to bypass usage limits or restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Subscriptions and payments

Frameback offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel through your billing settings or Stripe customer portal when available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our billing policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Frameback only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the Service, its systems, or other users. You must not attempt to interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, use automated tools to abuse the platform, or bypass limits, safeguards, or subscription controls.

You must not use the Service to upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.

Abuse and account restrictions

To protect the stability and integrity of Frameback, we monitor for abnormal or abusive usage. This includes excessive automated requests, attempts to overload systems, unauthorized scraping, or efforts to exploit pricing or billing mechanisms.

If such activity is detected, we may apply restrictions, rate limits, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination without prior notice.

AI-assisted features

Some optional features may use artificial intelligence, such as voice transcription or comment categorization. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, functionality, and underlying software are owned by Quentin Flechaire and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

Content you upload remains yours, but you grant us permission to host, process, and display it solely to operate and deliver the Service.

Third-party services

Frameback relies on third-party services for essential functionality such as authentication, storage, payments, and optional AI processing. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Frameback available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quentin Flechaire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or loss of access. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes should first be raised with us directly in an attempt to resolve them informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Reporting content

Any content hosted on Frameback can be reported using the Report button on project pages or by email at support@frameback.io. Copyright complaints must identify the copyrighted work, the URL of the reported content, and a valid contact address.

Reported content may be suspended while we review it. Accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms may be terminated.
